Zacapa Rum is made using the first press of virgin sugar cane and aged using the Sistema Solera method, crafted by our Master Blender. Zacapa No. 23 is a blend of rums aged 6-23 years, aged in casks that previously held robust American whiskies and fine wines for a complex and balanced sip.

Smooth aroma honeyed with caramel and fruitiness. Sweet and mouth-warming with hints of oak, vanilla, dried fruits and some liquorice. The finish is long and sweet with vanilla, coffee, smoke and honey and it has the tiniest amount of marzipan creeping up to the palate.
