How to apply:
Use in the morning or evening after brushing your teeth. Apply the optimal amount of cream to the upper and lower teeth using a cotton swab or a clean, dry finger. Make sure that each tooth is coated with an amount about the size of a pea. In hard-to-reach places, you can use an interproximal brush or dental floss to help with application.

Leave the cream in your mouth for at least 3 minutes, then spread it around your entire mouth with your tongue and wait another 1-2 minutes. During exposure, try to avoid swallowing. After the duration of action, spit out the cream and do not rinse your mouth. The rest of the cream on the surface of the teeth will gradually disappear by itself. Do not eat or drink for at least 30 minutes after application.
