CMH metallic floating shelves are fabricated as fully welded and seamless pieces. Our heavy-duty wall-mounted shelves are made with a concealed internal mounting bracket that can be screwed into a wall stud or other sturdy material. There are 8 different widths to choose from. The 18 in. - 36 in. wide units are rated to hold up to 60 pounds, while the 42 in. - 72 in. wide units are rated to hold up to 120 pounds. All custom floating wall-mounted shelves are made out of commercial-grade heavy-duty stainless steel with a #4 brushed finish. Each floating metal shelf has a standard 2 height and 10 depth. It is recommended that the seamless floating shelves be mounted directly to wall studs or with a plywood backer if they are being hung from drywall.
