Tech-Air® 10 is the latest innovative autonomous airbag to join the Alpinestars’ Tech-Air® family, which includes the Tech-Air® Race, Tech-Air® Street and Tech-Air® 5 electronic Airbag Systems. Derived from Alpinestars’ airbag technology adopted by MotoGP riders, Tech-Air® 10 is a slim, self-contained wearable Airbag System that provides unrivaled body protection to racers, track day riders and road riders by covering the rider's shoulders, chest, full back and hips.

Tech-Air® 10 can be worn under any Alpinestars Tech-Air® Ready or Tech-Air® Compatible leather suits, or any third-party leather suit with 4 cm of space around the circumference of the rider’s chest and 2 cm of room around the circumference of the rider’s hips. The additional space for the chest and hips is necessary to be able to accommodate the inflation of the airbag, in the event of a crash.

The Tech-Air® Ready, GP Plus v4 Leather Suit is a complete revolution of the existing v3 model featuring an all-new construction including a blend of Flex Plus racing bovine leather, Alpinestars Composite Stretch Plus material, Matryx®, HRSF, and GP DFS sliders. The GP Plus v4 is the perfect choice for sport and track riders looking for an upper mid-level suit with the latest material innovations.

The GP Plus v4 features new Flex Plus race leather, specially tanned and refined in Italy, ultra-flexible Flex Plus race bovine leather that is highly adaptive to the body, supporting a 6% adaptability ratio which is 80% more than that offered by regular bovine leather. The Flex Plus leather with its high adaptability ratio ensures that the GP Plus v4 Leather Suit provides unrivalled comfort, feel, freedom of movement and precise fitment. Additionally, the Flex Plus race leather meets Alpinestars’ Professional racing standard in terms of abrasion and tear resistance, while being 10% lighter than standard bovine leather.

Almost every component of the Supertech R Boot, Alpinestars definitive racing boot as worn by a roster of champions past and present, has undergone a rigorous program of upgrades to sharpen its performance features even further. Featuring innovations derived using feedback from Alpinestars involvement in top flight racing, key elements include a newly redesigned front flex area, a redesigned rear bellow, a redesigned top gaitor, a new shifter and shin plate, a new shin slider and a new inner bootie, all of which enhance the comfort, protection and the performance of this boot to a new class-leading high.

The SMX Air Sport Jacket features a main chassis constructed from tech mesh on the rider’s abdomen, back, and inner arms, paired with 450D polyfabric reinforcement on the outer arms and shoulders. The SMX Air also incorporates perforated 450D polyfabric on the upper chest for excellent levels of airflow during the warm, summer riding months. Extended polyamide stretch material has been incorporated on the rider’s back, shoulders, and sides, with a high-density stretch material on the upper back. The stretch material provides an adaptive fit and a high level of freedom of movement, as well as offers the perfect expansion ability for use with the Tech-Air® 5 Airbag System. As the SMX Air Jacket has been designed to provide premium ventilation, the jacket also comes with a detachable windbreaker liner to help reduce airflow when it’s not needed, offering optimal climate comfort and versatility. DFS Lite external shoulder sliders paired with Nucleon Flex Plus CE Level 1 shoulder, elbow, and forearm armor together provide impact protection for the SMX Air Jacket, resulting in a CE level A rating overall. Supertech is Alpinestars innovative Pro Level Motocross apparel line, designed for superior dirt riding performance. Supertech gear offers a Factory Rider design, featuring an extremely lightweight, almost compression style fit. When it comes to the jersey and pants, and their improved ergonomic cuts designed to enhance body movement on the track, the Supertech gear fits like a second skin. The benchmark boot in Motocross, the Tech 10 Supervented boot further advances the innovations that make it the most technical motocross boot ever. Featuring two inlet ports on the front, a ventilated shinplate, perforated padding and extensive mesh sections, the Tech 10 Supervented has been designed for maximum airflow through the boot’s front and effective heat exchange. The new mesh inner bootie boasts a 3D Higher Spring insole which uses air channels within the sole for optimal levels of ventilation, while also creating a cushioning effect for enhanced levels of comfort. There is also a new sole with an extended honeycomb design for superior grip and feel on the bike’s pegs, especially in wet and muddy conditions.

The S-M8’s design is coherent to Alpinestars philosophy and shares distinctive themes with other products in the portfolio; a smooth, attractive, profile which is streamlined and free of any external channels and features that might act as a load point in an impact, or compromise the overall integrity of the construction. The surface curvature promotes reduced friction on impact, allowing deflection and the most efficient transfer of energy to protect the rider’s head from direct force to the skull and referred to the neck and spinal column. The aperture is designed to accommodate a wide variety of goggles and the air vents in the shell are located to maximize ventilation efficiency.

The A-1 Chest Protector features a Level 1 CE and UKCA Certified Polyhedron Hybrid Technology chest and Polyhedron Technology back protector that offers unsurpassed Levels of ventilation, is super-lightweight and delivers excellent upper body protection against impacts.

The GP Pro Comp v2 features an outer shell plain material developed exclusively for Alpinestars which is combined with a soft aramidic base knit lining for optimum levels of comfort, protection, light weight, and comfort. Thanks to the introduction of the aramidic base lining with an open weave structure, this suit delivers enhanced levels of breathability breathable, and this is reinforced even further by the strategically-positioned knitted stretchable open mesh panels on the back, crotch, and armhole for additional airflow and flexibility, both in and out of the car. This suit also incorporates innovative silicon grip technology detailing on the shoulders and lower back to prevent any movement with the car’s seat or a HANS device, and also to reduce pressure on the shoulder.

The Tech-1 Start v2 Glove features inside seams on all five fingers for superb levels of comfort, fit and feel, with the fingers constructed without fourchettes for an anatomically optimized, streamlined fit designed for the tight confines of the cockpit. Other neat design touches include a silicon printed zone on the palm surface for improved flexibility and control and close-fitting, straight extended cuffs for a secure closure. This glove also features heat transfer logos for a lighter weight and a new silicone print on palm for improved levels of grip and feel.

Alpinestars ZX Series EVO Lines layers are constructed with Lenzing FR®; an innovative natural viscose fiber that affords exceptional flame resistance and protection against heat transfer. This Formula 1 specification balaclava is extremely lightweight and thin, while being incredibly soft to the touch for greatly enhanced comfort when wearing a driving suit, and has extensive mesh panels on the front central area and rear for optimum levels of breathability.

A multi-season adventure touring jacket with an innovative technical outer jacket, the Halo Drystar® Jacket can be adapted to the weather conditions; the asymmetric front construction features a very wide vent panel, which combined with the large opening vent panel on the back, delivers optimum levels of airflow. The three-layer ‘liner to drop’ system allows the jacket to be configured to the conditions, while being quick and easy to use. The liner to drop year-round pants are designed for adventure riding and come with a waterproof Drystar® membrane that can be worn either inside or on top of the pants, allowing the pants to be easily configured to the weather conditions. The Honda Bogota’ Pro Drystar® pants are constructed with a lightweight reinforced outer shell that incorporates very large direct ventilation panels on the thighs for effective climate control in varying weather conditions. Designed with a tailored, ergonomic fit to provide premium comfort and freedom of movement, accommodating all riding movements. The Honda Bogota’ Pro Drystar® Pants feature a lightweight micro ripstop and 1200D polyfabric construction for enhanced durability. The pants are equipped with Level 2 CE Nucleon Flex Pro knee armor and Bioflex hip armor for effective protection against impacts and have an AA CE Rating. The pants have a detachable 100g thermal liner for use in cold weather conditions and are a great four-season adventure touring pant.

Based on the iconic and classic Chelsea boot style, the Turnstone Shoe is a full 1.5mm bovine leather protective riding shoe that delivers perfect all-day comfort. The Turnstone Shoe is engineered with an innovative retention system to keep the shoe securely in place with a customized fit, and this is achieved via an innovative internal hidden lace system that the user can adjust and tighten properly by activating the adjustable tab on the back of the shoe.
